"Are you having nice weather for Labor Day Weekend?"
You said it Kelly. Georgeous is the word. We spent the weekend camping in the mountains by a lake; it was sunny every day. More on that later. Tried to rain a bit Saturday night, but it just spit a few sprinkles...just enough to spark a couple of verses of 'Rain Drops Keep Fallin' On My Head' a couple of times.
All in all, a wonderful weekend. Yet the entire time, my thoughts often turned to what's happening in the after math of Katrina. Having someone in our camping party named Trina probably had a lot to do with that. Then there was the motorhome parked right behind us; painted on the side in big bold letters was the word Hurricane.
Seriously.

of all the luck with Katrina on your camping trip-ugh! and today i was feeling guilty for having such a good life right now compared to those people they've been on my mind all day i'm keeping a vigil for them take care~kbear
camping - you're a crazy woman - but you know me if it's not a Holiday Inn, it ain't campin :-)
