John further explains, "I'm certain we'll do this (or a variation thereof) more than once, because birds are so much fun to photograph."
Invasion of the 'chair snatcher'...similiar to a nut hatcher.
Gosh, I shoulda been a comedienne, eh? That is...or was, my chair. And that's my fire poking stick, too!
Here's some close-ups of the chair snatcher. I think it is a Black Rosy-Finch aka Leucosticte atrata. Yeah, whatever...it's a bird.
