Off to the Mountains

After a very busy month, we are preparing to head up to the cabin for New Year's.  Time for some well-deserved R & R in the snow.

Found some very cool photos taken at the World Ice Art Championships.  A must see!  Click >here<.

Be safe and aware out there this weekend.  TTFN!

  3. After watching the "March of the Penguins"...I love penguins!  These penguins seem to be celebrating not only the New year but perhaps some warm tempatures where they live.  Linda in Washington state.

  8. To my neighbor to the north...  I hope your holidays were full of the love and warmth of family.  I haven't stopped by to visit your J in a long while and was thinking about you.  Hope your trip to the mountains was wonderful.  Weather-wise, it's been pretty warm here in Boise, unseasonably.  Seems the mountains are still getting plenty of snow, and that's good.  I don't mind the rain here... this year I'm a bit unexcited about ice and snow in the valley as I have been in the past years.
